Services Offered
Nakuru Pest Control provides residential, commercial, and industrial pest control services including but not limited to:
- Insect and rodent control
- Termite treatment
- Fumigation
- Sanitary bin services
- Pest control products supply
All services are delivered by trained and certified professionals using approved and safe methods.
Booking & Appointments
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or our website
- Emergency or same-day services may incur an additional fee
- Clients must provide accurate information about the pest issue and grant access to the premises
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may be subject to VAT
- Payment is due immediately after service unless otherwise agreed
- We accept M-Pesa, cash, bank transfers, and mobile banking
- Delayed payments may attract additional charges or service suspension
Guarantees & Limitations
- Some services include warranties (e.g., 14–30 days), which are stated on your receipt
- Re-infestation from poor hygiene, storage, or structural issues isn’t covered
- We’re not liable for pest-related damages or factors beyond our control
Client Responsibilities
- Ensure our team can safely access the premises
- Follow all aftercare and safety instructions
- Report persistent pest issues promptly
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may attract a cancellation fee
- Refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy
- No refunds if proper care instructions were ignored or service was delivered as agreed
Health & Safety
- We use approved and safe pest control products
- Inform us about allergies, pets, children, or sensitive conditions before service
- You may be asked to vacate the premises temporarily for safety
Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including service descriptions, blogs, graphics, and branding—is the property of Nakuru Pest Control and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Nakuru Pest Control is not liable for:
- Delays caused by weather, roads, or third-party disruptions
- Damage from existing infestations
- Losses resulting from ignored safety instructions
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Kenyan law. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or the appropriate legal body in Kenya.
